Brief characteristics:
The Panattoni Park is located in the Cheb industrial zone, which spreads out on the eastern outskirts of the town of Cheb in the immediate vicinity of the express road R6 (exit 164) only 8 kilometres from the border crossing to Germany called Pomezí/Schirnding. The total proposed built-up park area is 62,293 m2. The project will be composed of two buildings which could be subdivided into smaller units upon client´s wish.
Highways A93/A9/A4/A72 to Regensburg, Munich, Leipzig and Chemnitz ensure an excellent accessibility. A European railway corridor from Prague to Nurenberg passes through Cheb.
